The Impact You'll Make As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers—whether in-branch, over the phone, or online. You’ll ensure every client receives accurate information, timely assistance, and a positive banking experience. Your work will directly influence customer satisfaction and loyalty. What You'll Do Welcome and assist customers with account inquiries, deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions. Resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency. Educate customers on banking products, digital tools, and financial services. Maintain accurate records in our banking systems and CRM. Collaborate with branch and back-office teams to ensure smooth service delivery. What You'll Bring High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and familiarity with banking or customer service systems. A customer-first mindset and a passion for helping others.
